Ginger slimming tea.This recipe is one of the most famous because it has helped generations get rid of excess pounds and
is present in a number of diets. Its beneficial properties are that it stimulates blood circulation and speeds up the metabolic processes in the body, which is directly related to the burning of fat cells. Cut into small pieces of ginger in a deep saucepan. Fill it with water and put on the fire to boil, then let it boil another 20 minutes. The tea is then cooled to room temperature and can be drunk. You can first add honey or lemon to taste.

Slimming tea from mountain ash.Mix 7 pieces of dried fruit and 3 stalks or nettle leaves and burn with 2 cups of boiling water.
