With this diet you can take 5 to 10 pounds in a week thanks to the cleansing properties of the buckwheat. The diet has two options. The first option provides 2 weeks as long as you feel good when applying the diet. The second option is scheduled for one week. While variants do not differ greatly from each other, there are still nuances in their application.
Buckwheat (in Russia they call it a mistake, a mistake) is not a grainy plant. Originally from Asia, it is already grown in Europe, North America and in the former USSR countries.
100 g of buckwheat contains 11.7 g of protein, 3.9 mg of iron and 114 mg of calcium, which is important for your nutrition. Buckwheat flour can be added to sweets, cakes, pancakes and more. Option 1
One cup of whole buckwheat seeds is needed per day, which is poured with two glasses of boiling water from the evening and left to swell until morning. Buckwheat is consumed during the day when you are comfortable and as you eat at a reception. It is imperative that the menu completely excludes salt, sugar and oil of all kinds.
If you feel you can not withstand the diet, you can apply it with two cups of seeds.
You are allowed to drink water, tea, coffee, naturally without sugar.
No other food should be consumed. Exceptionally 1 apple is allowed, but if you can go without it, do not eat it.
Option 2
From the evening boil 1-1.5 cups of buckwheat seeds, flooded with 3-4 glasses of water. No salt or sugar is allowed.
In the morning on fasting, drink 1 cup of warm, pre-boiled water in a gulp.
After 30 minutes, one-third of the porridge is eaten. You can drink tea, tomato juice, pumpkin juice, carrots, celery. No salt or no sugar.
The second part of the mess is eaten at lunch, and the third of the dinner.
Between the three main meals, drink the tea, the already mentioned juices, but not more than 2 liters per day.
The diet is kept for 7 days.
If after the second day of the diet does not relieve the intestinal tract, it is necessary to make the enema.
The diet may be repeated only after 2 months.
