  •     1/2 kg chicken fillet
  •     1 hrs. coconut sawdust
  •     1 hrs. cornflakes
  •     1 egg
  •     salt
  •     pepper
  •     1/2 hr. beer
  •     1/2 k.c. oil
  •     1 hrs. coconut milk

Recipe:The fillet (1/2 kg) is cut into oblong strips - flakes that are poured with coconut milk (1 h). So stay for 2 hours in the cold. The egg (1 pc) is crushed together with the beer (1/2 teaspoon), salt and black pepper. Cornflakes (1pc) is crushed finely and mixed with coconut (1pc). The oil (1/2 pounds) is heated in the pan. It fries the chicken flakes, first melting in the beaten egg, then in the mixture of coconut and cornflakes. Fry to full readiness - until they get a golden crust from everywhere. The finished coconut flakes are removed from the oil and placed in a sieve to drain off the fat. Serve warm, garnished with salad or sauce of choice. They are a great appetizer, which in the cold winter days brings a ray of summer heat.
