This 7-day Diet Plan can be used as often as you like. If you follow it correctly, you will clear your body from the toxins and help you feel better. After 7 days you will feel lighter by about 4-5 pounds, you will feel more energetic.

SOUP
1 or 2 cups of chopped tomatoes.
3 or more green vegetables.
1 cup of beef broth.
1 pack of chicken soup with "Lepton" (maybe another) chicken soup.
1 celery.
2 cups of peas.
about a kilogram of carrots.
2 green peppers.
Spices are not necessary but you can put some if you want , salt, pepper, parsley, hot pepper, and so on. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and pour in water. We cook for 10 minutes on strong fire and then lower the heat and leave the vegetables to be cooked. Not more than 36 min.
This soup can be eaten at any time when you feel hungry this week. It does not add calories. The more you eat the more you download.

FIRST DAY
Eat all fruits (except bananas). Melon and watermelon have the least calories of all fruits. Today eat only fruit and soup.
SECOND DAY
Any vegetables. Eat while serving with fresh, cooked or canned vegetables. Try eating more fresh vegetables and avoid beans and corn. Eat them with the soup. For dinner, bake large potatoes with butter. Today, do not eat fruit.
THIRD DAY
Eat all fruits vegetables and soup today. Without roasted potatoes. If these days you ate, as it is written and you have not "crossed", you should notice that you have lowered 2-3 pounds.
FOUR DAY
